• Tier 02: Guided Pathfinder: Get personalized paintovers and text feedback from a mentor.
  
  Who Is This For?
  
  This tier is perfect for people who can't attend live feedback sessions with Misha, But still want that valuable personalized approach from a mentor.
  You'll be given a personalized forum where you can submit your homework at your own pace and schedule, So this way you'll be able to improve faster even if life is overwhelming and doesn't allow you to study full time. Our mentors are personally trained by Misha, and already graduated 200+ students in their teaching career specifically from this course.
  
  How will you receive feedback?
  
  You'll have 12 weeks to complete the course instead of the regular 8. But if you need extra time, that would be no problem.
  
  You'll be given a private Discord forum access, where you can upload your homework on your own time, and then you can request feedback from one of our mentors.
  
  You get 7 detailed feedbacks and paintovers in form of a PDF - one for each week plus final feedback for your diploma. You can also talk to your fellow Tier 02 colleagues and the rest of the Discord community, All of the perks of Tier 01 are included.
• Tier 03: Mentorship with Misha: Receive direct, live feedback from Misha and complete a finished diploma piece for your portfolio under his supervision.
  
  Who is this for?
  
  First of all. This is a tier for people who know me one way or another, and understand what I stand for, like my teaching style and what to learn directly from me (Misha).
  
  My students are my family, and I take good care of them. Your goals are my goals, and it's my job to help you to realize them or take the next step toward them. I'll be your mentor and your support for 8 weeks. And usually, my students become my good friends. My connections are your connections and I'll try to share my expertise with you as much as possible. I've created this tier to help artists reach their full artistic potential.
  
  How will you receive feedback?
  
  There will be three groups of 10 people each: Group A, Group B, and Group C. Teaching times will be discussed individually once the groups are formed. Usually live feedback sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays. There are two time slots: 10:00 am PT - 14:00pm PT, and 17:00pm - 21:00pm. Feedback sessions take anywhere from 3-5 hours to go through all of the student's homework. Time and days could be changed if the entire group agrees to it.
  
  This tier takes LOTS of time out of your schedule. I recommend clearing as much time for it as possible, because this is where you dedicate all of your time and focus to achieve the next level in your visdev career under my supervision. All Tier 01 perks are included.
  
  How Will The Mentorship Go?
  
  Session 01- Onboarding. You'll meet your entire group and then jump on a private call with me, where we will discuss your goals and ways you can go through the course so it can benefit you the most,
  
  Session 02-07 - Course homework feedback sessions.
  
  Session 08 - Graduation. I'll feedback on your final diploma, and we will come up with a victory plan so you have a solid plan after the course. And we will post all of the group's diplomas at the same time.
